I use affiliate links when reviewing some Dungeons and Dragons products that are available on dmsguild.com (not an affiliate link). That means if you follow my link and end up buying something, I get paid a commission.
Affiliate links are only used on products that I already own. In many cases, especially with classic Advanced Dungeons and Dragons 2nd Edition books, I own an actual physical copy of the book and not the DM’s Guild copy.
Even so, I will never use affiliate links to a product unless it is a work that I currently own in some fashion, and have read through completely.
Additionally, any post containing affiliate links will be noted in several ways:
- Every post with an affiliate link will have the Affiliate Link tag on it – if there’s one that doesn’t, please let me know by emailing me at feedback@lawfulgoodrogue.com or commenting on the article.
- At the end of each post featuring an affiliate link will be a disclosure detailing the presence of the link and how the affiliate link allows me to be paid a commission if people use it. The link itself is marked with an asterisk to call attention to this disclosure.
- Lastly, all posts with affiliate links will link back to this page so anyone can read all the details at any time.
Little things like this help me keep this site running, so they mean a lot to me. You can also help support me by buying one of my own works on the DM’s Guild website (again, not an affiliate link). Many are available as Pay What You Want, but any amount you fill in will be a huge help to me.
If you have any questions on my affiliate link policy, please contact me at feedback@lawfulgoodrogue.com and I would be happy to follow up.
